Shipping Methods and Rates
Our shipping carrier is UPS.
Shipping charges are based on the price of your product
order. You will receive notice of the shipping charge before
you
submit your order. For Domestic orders, shipping is charged
at 10% of your total order price, with a $3.50 minimum.
For International orders, shipping is charged at
15% of
total order price, with a $6.00 minimum.
Order Status
We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in
which they are received. Orders placed after 12:00PM PST
(Noon) will not be processed until the next business day.
Please expect approximately the following amount of time
for the processing and shipping of a domestic order:
West Coast - 2 to 5 business days
Midwestern states - 3 to 7 business days
East Coast - 5 to 8 business days
You may request express shipping for an additional charge.

Change Submitted Orders
If you need to change an order you have already placed,
please contact Parrots Books at (510) 682-4249 within 24
hours of placing your order. We will do our best
to accommodate your requested changes.
Report Order Problem
If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged
item, or other concern, please contact Parrots Books
at (510) 682-4249. We will always do our best to accommodate
your concern as efficiently as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Should you ever change your mind after buying anything
from us, you may return any of our products, by mail, for
a refund (less shipping fees). Please note: products must
be in their original packaging, and UNUSED.

For our bookkeeping purposes, we respectfully request that
you include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any return.
